On 19 January 2026, the posting of cadastral data commenced for certain Regional Units of the South Aegean Region. In this context, property right owners now have the opportunity to review the details of their real estate rights and of the corresponding properties through the online platform www.ktimatologio.gr. Access is available to both individuals and legal entities using their Taxisnet credentials.
Further, within an exclusive two-month deadline, from 19.01.2026 to 19.03.2026, property right owners will be able to review and verify the accuracy of their property rights (i.e. the description / legal information as well as the boundaries / surface of their properties). In case the property right owner agrees with the posting data, no further action is required.
Note: The posted data reflects the processing of declarations submitted and information collected during the cadastral survey up to 10 April 2025.
Action required
In view of the above, all property right owners in the Municipalities of Amorgos, Anafi, Andros, Antiparos, Thira (Santorini), Ios, Kea, Kythnos, Milos, Mykonos, Naxos & Lesser Cyclades (in Greek: Small Cyclades), Paros, Serifos, Sikinos, Tinos and Folegandros are urged to verify the accuracy of the posting data and proceed to any rectifications required.
