Full Biography
Antonis advises on corporate and commercial law across several industries, with an emphasis on commercial transactions and a particular focus on distribution, agency, franchising, advertising, sales promotions, sales methods and commercial practices, lotteries, games of chance, labelling, product legislation, e-commerce, unfair terms in consumer contracts and others, whereby he has gained extensive experience through his involvement in a series of innovative cases. Antonis has deep knowledge of the market regulation both in wholesale and retail level (B2B & B2C), assisting clients across many industries such as industrial manufacturing, F&B, textiles, electronics, luxury products and other FMCG.
In addition, he regularly handles several corporate day-to-day matters from the formation of legal entities, general corporate issues and corporate governance matters to M&A transactions, domestic and cross-border.
Antonis was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2011 and joined our firm in 2012. He is also admitted before the Court of Appeals of Athens.
