Full Biography
Christianna is a member of our firm’s Litigation & Arbitration practice. She specialises in the resolution of domestic and cross-border commercial disputes, with experience in distribution and franchise agreements, intellectual property litigation, and disputes involving financial institutions, including fraud-related claims.
Christianna advises clients in international commercial arbitrations under the ICC and UNCITRAL Rules, as well as in domestic arbitrations under the Greek Code of Civil Procedure. Her practice also encompasses civil and commercial litigation, enforcement proceedings based on domestic and foreign court judgments and arbitral awards, debt enforcement and restructuring, and Hellenic Cadastre rectification proceedings.
A significant part of her practice focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals on cross-border succession, estate planning, trusts and foundations, family law, and matters relating to registrations in Greek public registries. She advises on wills, estate administration, inheritance matters, matrimonial property regimes, divorce, maintenance, child custody, and the recognition and enforcement in Greece of foreign family and succession law arrangements, including prenuptial agreements and inheritance contracts.
Christianna also advises on data protection and e-commerce matters, including the drafting of privacy policies, terms of use, and cookie policies for Greek and international businesses.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2022, joined the firm in 2023, and is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeal.
