Full Biography
Despina is a member of our Private Wealth practice, with a strong focus on international mobility, relocation and immigration matters. Despina advises private clients, entrepreneurs, executives and multinational families on relocation to Greece, tax residence planning, special tax regimes and the immigration aspects of cross-border mobility. Her work includes advising on residence permit options, long-stay visa requirements, investment migration routes and the practical legal considerations arising when individuals and families relocate to or from Greece.
She also focuses on estate and succession planning, wealth preservation, and cross-border private wealth matters for multinational families with Greek ties. Despina also advises on family governance and succession structuring, as well as on art, culture and collectibles matters, philanthropy and impact initiatives.
Despina joined our firm as a trainee lawyer in 2021 and was promoted to associate in 2024, after being admitted to the Athens Bar. Despina is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
