Full Biography
Elia focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A Law. Her line of practice covers a wide range of aspects pertaining to corporate commercial matters and their regulatory compliance. More specifically, she is involved in legal due diligence exercises, the drafting of transactional documentation and providing assistance in pursuit of performing acquisitions in a successful manner.
Elia is admitted before the Court of First Instance. She was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 2019 and joined our firm in 2020.
