Full Biography
Stefanos leads the firm's M&A and Project Development practice. He advises domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries on private and public M&A transactions, cross-border corporate matters, corporate restructurings, and acquisition financing. His practice encompasses the full transaction lifecycle, from managing legal due diligence processes to negotiating share purchase agreements and related transaction documents.
Stefanos regularly acts for strategic and financial investors, private companies, founders, and management teams on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and other corporate transactions. He has developed particular expertise in the technology, food & beverage, hospitality, and industrial manufacturing sectors, advising companies and their investors on strategic transactions and growth investments at every stage of their development.
Stefanos also brings significant competition law capability to his transactional work, advising businesses operating in Greece—whether through subsidiaries or distribution networks—on compliance with Greek and EU competition law.
Stefanos has been admitted to the Athens Bar since 2003 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece. He joined the firm in 2005 and is a member of the Executive Committee.
