Full Biography
Yakinthi is a member of our Energy practice. She has experience in corporate, commercial and energy law, with focus on licensing procedures and regulatory compliance for Renewable Energy Sources (RES) projects. She regularly advises on the legal framework governing energy production and storage, ensuring alignment with both European and National legislation.
Her experience also includes drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as electricity and gas supply contracts, electromobility cooperation agreements and net metering agreements, as well as advising clients on the environmental and real estate related matters for energy infrastructure development.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2024 and joined our firm in 2025. Yakinthi is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
