Yolanda Antoniou-Rapti


Full Biography

Yolanda is a member of our antitrust and competition law practice group and her practice focuses on advising clients in issues pertaining to Greek and EU competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, state aid and related issues. She also has experience in advising corporate clients on data protection compliance issues, including drafting and negotiating privacy terms in contracts, drafting privacy policies/notices and data processing agreements, conducting privacy due diligence reviews in the context of M&As and advising on corporate and commercial law issues.

Yolanda is admitted before the Court of First Instance. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2012 and joined our firm in 2018.
