Full Biography

Yolanda is a senior associate with deep expertise in Greek and EU data protection, cybersecurity, and technology law, and strong background in competition and corporate & commercial law. She advises both domestic and international clients across sectors, including startups, tech scale-ups, and investors, guiding them through complex legal frameworks and helping them embed regulatory compliance into their digital products and business models.

Her practice lies at the intersection of law, emerging technologies, and innovation. She regularly advises on the legal implications of AI, IoT, big data and algorithmic decision-making, helping clients proactively manage compliance risks and implement privacy-by-design and security-by-default principles from development through to deployment.

Yolanda handles the full data protection compliance lifecycle, including GDPR audits and compliance projects, M&A due diligence, DPO services, DPIAs and LIAs, cross-border data transfers, breach response, ePrivacy issues, litigation, and regulatory proceedings. She also assists in drafting and negotiating complex data processing and data-sharing agreements.

In the field of competition law, she advises on matters regarding cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, dawn raids, mock exercises, and compliance trainings.

As a core member of the firm’s Innovation Node, she provides holistic legal support to technology-driven clients, combining regulatory insight with a deep understanding of emerging tech, to help them scale with confidence and agility in a fast-evolving legal environment.

Yolanda was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2012 and joined our firm in 2018.
