Tax reporting can prove to be particularly complex and burdensome, especially to those who operate across multi-market jurisdictions. Chief among the list of complex tasks is understanding the Economic Employer concept, due to its reliance on non-conformative employee data and nuanced interpretation across the different borders in which it applies.
