Zepos & Yannopoulos successfully advised Hellas Capital Leasing (HCL) on Project Andros — a landmark transaction involving the reorganisation of Alpha Leasing, a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group.
The transaction, which spanned for more than 30 months, was completed on 23 January 2026 following the registration of the demerger with the General Commercial Registry (GEMI). Through this demerger, a selected portfolio of predominantly non-performing financial leasing contracts, together with related real estate assets with a gross book value of approximately €0.24 billion, was transferred to HCL.
