Full Biography
Anastasia is a senior associate of our Private Wealth practice. Anastasia specialises in private wealth structuring and real estate taxation, advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices and international investors on the acquisition, holding, management and transfer of real estate assets in Greece. Her practice focuses on tax-efficient ownership structures, succession and wealth planning, and the taxation of domestic and cross-border real estate investments. She also advises on corporate restructurings, M&A transactions and other complex cross-border business matters from a tax perspective.
Her international background — including coursework in Swiss corporate tax law and cross-border exchange of information — further strengthens her experience in complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
Anastasia also advises individuals, families and organisations involved in philanthropic initiatives on the structuring of charitable and foundation-related activities, including the associated legal, tax and regulatory framework. She further counsels clients on matters relating to art, cultural assets and collectibles, including acquisition structuring, tax planning and regulatory considerations.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2019 and joined our firm within the same year. Anastasia is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
