Danae is a partner of our Litigation & Arbitration practice with extensive experience in complex court litigation as well as in domestic and international arbitration. Her in-depth legal acumen coupled with strategic foresight in anticipating opposing arguments and crafting effective counterstrategies has yielded a remarkable success record in high-stakes cases with multifaceted legal questions.
She handles disputes addressing a wide range of civil, commercial and corporate law matters, both domestic and cross-border, including inter alia contractual breaches, specialised commercial agreement disputes with particular focus on distribution, agency, franchise and energy, corporate conflicts comprising shareholders’ disputes and directors’ liability, intellectual property rights protection and tort litigation involving among others unfair competition, white-collar crime and product liability claims.
Danae provides sophisticated advisory services encompassing pre-litigation risk assessment and dispute prevention strategies, negotiation of complex commercial agreements, contract analysis and review and due diligence.
She also delivers tailored solutions for individuals seeking bespoke estate planning guidance, whilst providing expert advice on multi-jurisdictional inheritance and family law matters.

Danae is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2016 and joined our firm in 2019.
