Zepos & Yannopoulos advises the Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners on Motor Oil's senior notes offering

Zepos & Yannopoulos acted as Greek legal counsel to the Global Coordinators and the Joint Bookrunners — a syndicate of 13 Greek and international banks — on the offering by Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A. of €400,000,000 3.750% senior notes due 2031.

Motor Oil (Hellas) is a leading Greek multinational energy group operating across the energy value chain, with principal activities spanning oil refining and fuels marketing, electricity generation from natural gas and renewable sources, electricity and natural gas supply and trading, and a growing portfolio of circular economy activities. Its core asset is the largest and most complex oil refinery in Greece, representing approximately 40% of the country’s total refining capacity.
