Full Biography
Nadia focuses on corporate, commercial, M&A and banking law. She is engaged in a broad range of multinational M&As and other corporate transactions, where she undertakes legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation and handling of related Greek law formalities. Nadia also advises corporate clients and businesses on corporate and commercial matters with regards to their day-to-day operation and regulatory compliance. Nadia has experience in project finance transactional work. She has also acted for domestic and international private sector clients, credit institutions and credit servicing firms on banking and finance transactions.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2016 and joined our firm in 2021. Nadia is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
