Full Biography
Nikos is a senior associate of our Private Wealth practice. Nikos specialises in cross-border tax residency and relocation planning, income, real estate, gift and inheritance taxation. His work focuses on advising high net-worth individuals and families on relocating to and from Greece, including under specialised incentive regimes for executives, retirees and non-domiciled residents, as well as on de-registration and departure planning for individuals relocating outside Greece. He regularly advises on immigration matters, residence permit processes and related investment qualification requirements. His mobility practice encompasses the full coordination of tax residency determinations, regulatory filings and compliance obligations arising in cross-border relocation contexts. He also advises on estate administration and wealth transfer planning, succession-related tax matters, family governance and succession planning, helping families navigate generational wealth transitions and governance structures.
Nikos also provides ongoing personal tax and compliance advisory services, including investment compliance, as well as wealth structuring advisory services, including the establishment and management of family offices and private capital vehicles. His work extends to shipping-related wealth considerations, addressing the unique tax and structuring needs of shipping families and enterprises.
He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined our firm in 2019. Nikos is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
