Stamatis Drakakakis, partner, and Maria Lampadaki, Yolanda Antoniou-Rapti and Konstantinos Sidiropoulos, associates, authored an article, discussing the recent amendments to the Greek Competition Act (Law 3959/2011), which modernised the relevant national framework and transposed the so-called ECN+ Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1) into the national legal order.
